Munchies: Great piece, but need to figure out the subtitles situation. As a non-German speaker, I want to read the subtitles, but I also want to see the imagery. And the images change very fast in this piece. Trying to read the subtitles AND see the images is nearly impossible. I had to watch it twice, reading once and just looking at the video the second time. In which case, the subtitles covered up a lot of the bottom of the screen and were distracting. so yeah, maybe consider that visual/audio disconnect in future productions.

I was raised on the best Spaetzle money couldn't buy. Lucky I have two sisters that loved to cook with Mom and after my elder siss got married it was a mission for her to nail down a recipe for Mom's Spaetzle. Mom didn't use measuring cups or spoons so it took a bit to dial it in. Somehow Moms is still soooo much better, must be the love and maybe she secretly adds high explosives since that what was raining down on her as a young lady during the final stages of WW II.

not every bavarian wears stuff like that: D im bavarian but i feel more american-i skate a lot. play melee alot. love american food alot. and my gf is from america and lives here in germany with her whole family. really nice people

I met Karl today at the -Alpe Stubental-, a restaurant he owns. He brought the Food to the table and I was very perplexed to see him, but I managed to get an autograph. Believe me, he-s just as cool in real life.

man i love europe. i used to see the scenery and lifestyle on tv. i love the cold, gloomy and cosy days and people seem more peaceful and traditional there. life looks so relaxed.

So awesome that people there have jobs just hording Cows down a hill. So simple yet they do it with such pride and dignity. True happiness without the worry of current life distractions.

This video is Fine and I feel like I just saw a diffrent culture in practice, BUT where are the POC(people of color? white cultures should be more inclusive of POC.

Shit, I can not watch this without tearing up. I am from bavaria and living in Berlin for 7 years now. I hardly go back home once a year but grew up like this.
