Planting in a Long Container Garden Answer Carly: Hey Laura, I always have a lot of luck with superbells (calibroachoa, but for some reason none of mine are blooming right now. I have them potted with gazanias because I die for that combo, and the gazania got a bug, so I was spraying with ENDALL (recommended by my local nursery. But I think it really hurt my plant! It for sure burned the flowers and they all died and fell off. But normally they just constantly bloom and grow, but they are totally bare of flowers and the leaves and foliage is slightly yellow! I'm so sad because it happened to all three of my superbells. any advice to get them back to blooming like crazy? I have moved them to a sunnier spot and feed them.

I have trouble with all of my super bells, no matter where I have them. The ants have killed them, the sun crunched them, they dont appreciate shade, and so far, the best surviving one I have, is in a pot with extremely heavy clay soil. I cant get them to survive the way anyone else does!

Love the container and the helpful hints on watering and using the plastic under the planter
are great ideas! By watching your videos it has made me more comfortable mix and matching different plants that I wouldn't have thought about before. Thanks for sharing!

I'm not able to find the Proven Winner varieties (in NH) you mention in some of your videos. i. e. Flower Pillows none to be found here in NH (at least central NH) I looked from May through July no luck. Wild Rose Heuchera no luck. Primo Black Pearl no luck. ugh.

Beautiful! I have very long concrete planters much like the size you planted here. I have struggled for years with what to put in them and usually just would plant all of one thing. Watching this video unleashed MANY wonder ideas. Thanks again!

Looks beautiful Laura. We checked out our Garden Center this weekend and I feel like the inventory was a bit lacking, probably the down season of our zone (9. We did pick up some Mums though! Love the video, thanks for sharing!

This is beautiful and I would love to replicate it but even here in zone 9 I can't find supertunias, sedum, or superbelles: ( I went around to all my local stores and nursery yesterday and the selection was really thin.

I absolutely love this arrangement. The plant colors have such great Fall appeal and complement each other so nicely. I am inspired as usual! (Inspiration which equals money spent at garden center tomorrow. haha)

Inspirational! Headed to a couple nurseries now to get some fall supplies. Love the rectangle shape for some variety. Mostly have round pots. You make it look so fun and easy. Thanks for another great video!

Of all the utube videos I watch, yours is my ABSOLUTE favorite! Keep up the good work. In one of your videos there was a piano behind you. Which one of you plays the piano? Just wondering!
