Question You said you are 36 in age. When did you become committed to working out and fitness.
I am 48 but I started my journey in May after spending so much time at home with the lockdowns and what not.
Take that time to rest you spoke about in the Q and A and I will continue in my fitness journey. I have made you workouts part of that.

Caroline, just did a couple of your workouts for the first time today. Great stuff! Do you have any hour long workouts that combine cardio and strength? I see several that seem to be just HIIT and several just strength but couldn't tell if any alternated the two.

this was a toughie, I have issues with my wrists but managed. Another challenge was really forcing my core to stay tight so I wouldn't rock while doing all these movements. Good work out!
