20 Minute Legs and Core Workout at Home with No Equipment - Caroline Girvan

Wanting to work on tightening your core, adding definition to your legs and burn calories? This 20 minute follow along legs and core workout is a challenging one! We will be working our quads, hamstrings, glutes and core throughout! The exercises are performed for 50 seconds each with 10 seconds to get ready for the next exercise. Forward lunge to hand under knee Forward lunge to hand under knee Plank hip rotation Rear lunge to hand under knee Rear lunge to hand under knee Plank hip rotation Lateral lunge to hand under knee Lateral lunge to hand under knee Plank hip rotation Pistol squat We repeat this whole workout bringing us up to the 20 minute mark! There are various ways to introduce the pistol squat into this workout such as holding onto a wall to lower and assist coming up or single leg squat onto a chair. You will also notice you maybe a lot better on one leg than the other!

-9/1 - Legs day with Caroline. from ankle weights to bulgarian split lunge workout to this lunge and core combo. Pistol squat is definitely a strength goal of mine! Hopefully I could return to this workout and complete the pistol squats without modification. -

Great workout! I love your clear explanations and the fact that you write them for us. Adding the -hand under knee- portion taught me I really need to work more on my balance but you made it look so easy. Well done.

Just done my second one if these. Last time it hurt so bad for three days after-- my kids said I looked like an old woman walking down the stairs --- surely that means it's working though?

Workouts so good that I don-t even want to go to the gym any more - can get an effective workout at home! Fun enough to do that I-m actually motivated and looking forward to them despite the sweat and burn. Thanks!

Great workout! Loved the hand under knee throughout! Definitely still need support for the pistol squat. Man that one is a hard one! Thanks Caroline! Used it as an add-on for Epic Heat today. It was perfect.

Every time I try to finish this workout I just can not! Well I do this one after another killer workout so maybe I-ll try this alone and see if I can finish. This is definitely a killer.

Loved this, felted good. Had fun doing it! I'm just starting to get the plank down so didn't do to good on the plank twist but I will keep trying. Thanks Caroline -
