Hi Caroline. I went for a 40 minute brisk walk and got home and did this workout. I diligently followed your cues and specific instructions. OMG it was such a great glutes and hamstrings workout. I amazed myself by using 30 lb d/bell in each for the paused RDL. yeah! Thank you so much for your videos. I am in the fitness industry and absolutely love, love your challenges. I finished with all my yoga stretches. Superb! You are undeniably the BEST! Love and hugs!

Thank you for making this video and for all your 20 minute videos. I am a mom to a 5 month old baby boy and a 3 year old girl. I was using the excuse before that I didn't have time to workout. But your 20 minute videos are helping me to dismantle that limiting belief and take gradual steps to a stronger postpartum body. You have a wonderful positive vibe and you are a gorgeous role model of strength and beauty. Thanks for being my personal trainer today!

Thank you caroline I was once a hard core gym goer then in lockdown was mad on yoga. I was looking for a quick work out i could do at home the fact you do 20 min sessions it really helps motivate you. How you explain the exercises everything its like having the girl next door. I don't pick up on any ego from you, you make it fun

Training hamstrings is my absolute favorite followed by training back at a very close second and this workout is absolutely brilliant! As a stand-alone or an add-on! Thank you Caroline for another phenomenal workout! --
