The shoulders, back, chest and arms! The entire upper body plus abs as the finisher! Dumbbells, your mat and a lot of intensity! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 12. 5kg and 6kg each! The timer will be on as follows: 1 MINUTE PAUSED PUSH UPS 6 x 20 SECONDS PUSH UPS 1 MINUTE ROW 6 x 20 SECONDS SUPINE ROW 1 MINUTE DIAGONAL RAISE 6 x 20 SECONDS LATERAL RAISE 1 MINUTE SLOW DIPS 6 x 20 SECONDS DIPS 1 MINUTE NO LOWER ARNOLD PRESS 6 x 20 SECONDS ARNOLD PRESS 1 MINUTE DEADSTOP TRICEP PUSH UPS 6 x 20 SECONDS TRICEP PUSH UPS 1 MINUTE FULL RANGE FRONTAL RAISE 6 x 20 SECONDS FRONTAL RAISE FINISHER! 100 x TUCK TO HOLLOW So basically we have 1 longer set duration of 1 minute followed by a variation of this exercise performed in cluster sets of 6 x 20 seconds of work! Plenty of nice shorter sets but quickly they do contribute to the muscles feeling every rep! Have fun today! And enjoy those shorter sets!

Wowsers Caroline! You sure know how to make a girl feel strong! My arms and shoulders are the most defined ever in my life thanks to your training! Loved this one! In a weird way, the small number of exercises we did due to the repeats made this one go fast for me. I'm going to be sore! Proud that I'm (mostly) sticking with doing 75% of Caroline's weight. Still on my knees for pushups, and hands on my desk for triceps pushups. But I'll get there! Having fun!

This was amazing, first I was worried about not warming up the upper portion of my body as it was required for the workout ( even though I warmed up about 10 minutes, but as soon as we begin the routine we started with push up, so it was fantastic. already warmed up we actually begin with weight.

A year ago I could only do about 4-5 clean push-ups and would attempt tricep push-ups on my knees. I can proudly say that because of Caroline I was able to do all the push ups in today's cluster format! She and this community have changed my life!

I honestly loved this format! It was nice to have something where I was able to just stayed zoned in on a movement and really focus on my form. I didn't have to constantly look at the screen. Not that I mind that either but I enjoyed the change up!

Thank you so much for this training, I definitely feel the improvement from when I started following you. Thank you so much for the intensity, the effort and the finishers of these series (I always feel invencible when I reach the 100 reps.

I enjoyed the format and most the exercises, but I struggle with some of them due to a shoulder rotator cuff problem, any good alternatives to chair dips and tricep press ups greatfully accepted thanks in advance you lovely Girvanators

I love this format! Since i only have 20 secs of work each time, i give myself that extra push to give my all- compared to 1 minute of work where i'd have to be a little conservative to finish the entire minute with good form.

What a great workout, I loved the cluster sets! Time flew by and I would never have done so many repetitions without the clustering (and probably the 20 secs every time in between --)

I really loved this format- simple and effective! Those short bursts really help me give it my all. Plus, the combo of arms and abs finisher is perfection. Thank you, Caroline!
