Here we go! No equipment needed aide from your mat, low impact alternatives provided and so much fun! It-s not High Intensity, it-s not Low Intensity! Moderate is the main goal! And moderate will mean something different for every single one of us! The timer is 1 minute- so you simply will not be able to sustain a pace that you might manage for 20 seconds of work- but also it isn-t 3 minutes so you can move many of these movements at a slightly faster pace! The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise, and no rest into the next exercise to make the superset! We then will have 20 seconds rest inbetween each superset completed! All you will need for this workout is your body well warmed up, your mat and a bottle of water! FORWARD & BACK SQUAT JUMPS TRAVELLING MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS SQUAT BURPEE SQUATS! If you had told me 10 weeks ago that I would finish a Sunday Cardio with 100 burpees I would have laughed. However, today, I did it and only finished 1 behind Caroline! I missed this when it was posted 3 weeks ago because it post 19 mile run day and my body was telling me yoga. It has bothered me that this was the only one I had missed so with just two more workouts left in Endgame, I figured I would do on the active rest day post Bulgarian Lunges and push-ups. It was awesome and I would definitely do this one again!

This was super tough and was not feeling the groove this morning. For the 100 burpees had to keep pausing for 1min or so after every 10 count, but got the job done, so that is a great big tick in the box. Not entirely happy with my performance though. Thank you once again Caroline for designing these absolutely fantastic workouts, your the worlds best personal trainer by far.

This was really hard and i struggled a fair bit with this one. For some of them I could only complete a few reps in the time given. I did want to give up on more than a few occasions but I have to say seeing Caroline going like a machine and smiling kept me going till the end. Excited for next week!

Wow! Was it me, the one who did 100 burpees today? What incredible progress and a challenging finisher! I'm so proud of having done it! No modifications, 100 burpees (25/25/20/15/15) straight after this fun cardio session! Loved it all! Thanks, Caroline!

Omg that finisher! I can't believe I did 100 burpees--something that I could not have accomplished a year and a half ago when I started working out with Caroline. Thank you Caroline for helping me find what I thought impossible to be very possible.

Only managed 50 burpees today. I'm struggling to build strength past this point. I've been working out 3-6 times a week for 2 years and I still can only do pushups on my knees and can barely do dips - I love these workouts though!

I did the finisher hardly but kept going with Carolina and can-t believe that i finish it at the same time of her i-m so proud of us
P. s. my sweat is dripping on the keyboard while i-m writing lol it-s insane

I only did 43 burpees and I feel a bit nauseous. CG HIIT is definitly the most challeging for me! I loved the plank variations though, its a really good excercice to strengthen my arms, shoulders and core!

R u kidding me? 100 Burpees? I did a legit 20 jumping burpees then 10 lo impact then I did 50 burpees sprawls and I finished strong last 20 jumping. Burpees. I can-t move. Thanks Caroline. -

100 burpee challenge was tough I thought I would only make it to 50 but I finished it. 100 baby. That felt awesome and not to far behind Caroline so getting stronger and faster
