A perfect quick 10 min HIIT session mid week 10 minute ex to get our heart rate up working our entire body, building muscle, becoming stronger and basically be finished feeling awesome with this at home full body HIIT workout! This full body workout will require strength, balance, body co-ordination, adapting to go from one exercise straight to another but mostly sheer determination to keep going when you just want to stop! The following 3 exercises are performed for 10 reps each within each minute. the quicker you finish, the more rest you get before next minute! 10 x push up burpees 10 x alternating lunge jumps 10 x standing marches Also at the end is the 3 minute plank challenge if you are joining in for the month of August! - Listen to your body the entire time and please ensure you do this at your own pace so reduce reps to 5 where needed and perform push ups on knees etc! Please make sure you fully warm up for at least 5 minutes prior!

Caroline always kills me I really love your workout
You're so unique and motivate me to keep going
The plank challenge is the hardest I could hold it for 2 mins -
I'm already seeing progress in my strength, planks, push ups and stamina from your workouts
I'll be doing this workout 4 times a week for a month in order to improve my stamina and plank hold
Thank you so much for this fun workout --

wow this one was INSANE! but i could definitely tell i've gotten better at HIITS. they're the hardest for me. i can't go as fast, but i can do the exercises and. I DID LUNGE JUMPS! those have been so hard for me and I was actually able to do them today! Tho, it took me 1 min to do 10 push up burpees! i ended up halving the reps on those. that was an AWESOME HIIT!

Whew! Did this as an add on to Epic Endgame Day 25 as I've felt I still had a lot of energy within me to burn. I did all the push up burpees on the first 5, then had to switch to regular burpees at the last three, then decided to do the push up burpees for the last 2 rounds. Also did the 3 minute plank at the end. It was challenging but I loved it!

Omg this was super hard I got really winded lol I only managed to do 8 push up burpees lol I was mainly following you in the workout
I only managed 2: 03 second plank without going to my knees. Then I got tired took a short rest and got back into it.
I love your workouts because they are very challenging and I like a hard workout -

EMOMs are definitely not my best performances. I had to reduce burpee reps to 5 (still Caroline beat me doing 10x in less time -, stopped twice to catch my breath for a few more seconds and drink some water. But the feeling of getting to the end of the 3 minutes plank was SO AWESOME! Great workout! You're the best, Caroline! --

I ended up using every other circuit as my rest and cut the number of burpees in half and I was actually able to feel like I did it! I love how adaptable this workout is; instead of feeling like a weak loser for stopping every other round, I actually feel smart for finding a way to work around it. Thanks Caroline!

I did the first set. then I stopped. Was gonna quit cause I finished the walking thing as the time expired and already was tired. I reset, cut the burpees in half, and went all the way through. Mental win. Even did the plank for 2: 15 in total with a 45 second break in between. Happy new year!

EMOM HIIT! Love it SO MUCH! It's soooo hard, but so REWARDING! And I can't believe that I finished the entire 3-MIN plank although in my head I was so scared that I would drop before the time was up! Thankfully I made it and thank you Caroline for creating this challenge! YAY!

Wow! I have absolutely loved your stories of how you have got on with this one! It is a perfect workout to save to either do every so often to gauge progress or simply as a quick super challenge! I-ll see you all in the next workout! ----

Well. I tried. First - have to reduce reps (burpees) to 5, second - have to press pause every 2 min, third - have to stop at 6th minute( Obviously I need to work on my physics, so I'll definitely be back!
