30 minutes of intense isometrics and plyometrics combined for a very demanding lower body workout! Quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, core all ablaze! Trisets. every 1st and 3rd exercise I are exactly the same! The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise, so each triset is 1 min 30 seconds in duration with 30 seconds rest in between each triset! For this leg session, you will need a dumbbell/pair of dumbbells (though I expect you won-t be using them a lot, a wall for wall sits and your mat! The dumbbell I am using for your reference is 25kg. SQUAT HOLD (TUCK JUMP ON BEEP! You will feel the intensity within the first couple of minutes! Remember to breathe during the hold, and really explode during the dynamics portion! This 30 minute session is no joke! But the best feeling after!

To say that I am scared is an understatement - previewing it makes me feel like it-s actually a 30 minute HIIT workout for legs -
EDIT: Just did it, and, well, I knew she was going to get me, with the lactic acid that my quads build when doing high impact movements.

This is a challenging and super-fun workout! I thoroughly enjoyed it and will do it from time to time until it looks at least a little bit more like Caroline! This will prepare you for dance, track, boxing, working in a warehouse, or just feeling good in your skin!

Last two trisets were my fav. I took breaks. 5-6 min break after 3/4 trisets. Or whenever i felt like giviing up. But i COMPLETED this. I do feel my legs are stronger. I can feel my quads. All I had was fat lmao. Now there are little bumpy triceps too!

I've never hated and loved a workout so strongly and simultaneously. Such a great static/explosive combination. Brutal, but hitting the muscles from every angle! Bravo again Caroine.

I-m re-doing EH and I forgot this workout. I love it! the combination of isometric and explosive is so challenging! The last 30 seconds of each threeset was fire!

All the outside cries the burn was real --and I don't know how you can make your legs tuck jump so high after all of that! you are so amazing Caroline thank you

The holds really get the internal heat turned up. Feels like I'm in a sauna with them, even with it raining and cool out. Thanks for another good session!

Quite possibly one of the hardest workouts I've ever done! Thank goodness we don't know what we're getting ourselves into when we press play! :)
