For this leg session, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for Bulgarian lunges and step ups, a yoga block/thick book and a mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest at the beginning. Once we drop to bodyweight only, it will be superset format! The timer will be for 1 minute per exercise followed straight into 40 seconds of a relevant exercise still on the same side! The next superset will then all be performed on the opposite side! This workout is full of exercising performed on one side, then the opposite. Try to count how many you perform on one side, and so the same opposite side. It doesn-t need to be exact every time. Try to perform the reps at same approx pace each side. If you complete the same number of reps earlier before the beep, simply take the early rest! Oh my goodness! So many lunges! But I am loving it, it targets lots of lower body muscles and I love how I can endure many bulgarin lunges here, a stable chair is really a help! I don't feel like working out today as it is so cold and I feel lazy but then I smashed it! Never know I am gonna feel so pumped here! I keep on waiting on my period but then it still hasn't come so I'll workout till then. Thanks for this! So many lunges but I am loving it. Thanks Caroline! My strength and endurance has really increased during E2. I love the progress I made here. Used a single 15lbs here so I won't use a pair of 10lbs but it has the same weight as 15lbs as this one is an adjustable one and is more solid than may hex rubber 10lbs. Thanks Caroline! I am lovong complex and unilateral! So creative as always. -

This was awesome - Did it today waiting on Epic Endgame next week!
I love to train my legs with lunges it feels more effective ) than squats in my opinion. The only thing I did was turning the deadstop lunges into a bodyweight excercise because my -elevation- is pretty high, 15 or 20cm I think and at the moment I don't feel comfortable with as much weight as I usually use for leg excercises -

Caroline. I did not like lunges one bit when I first started epic 1. I have recently finished epic 2 and doing all your week long series and I can't believes i survived that workout. It just goes to show you how much stronger I've become and how much I really enjoy lunges and Bulgarian lunges! Thank you for making me stronger!

With my knee problem, I wasn't really looking forward to this workout, almost did not do it, but I've managed to complete. Thank you, Caroline. This was hard, but with determination, I believe we can do everything to our own ability. You all rock! Have a blessed week. All the way from Cold South Africa.

I thought to take a break from my regular programme this week and challenge myself with this workout and man! It sucked. I only made it half way and I-m trying my best not to run myself down - but I-ll come to this again in a month and see my progress.
Day 1: 53% complete

Finally got round to do this today, I avoided leg day last week -- I see Bulgarian Lunges and run a mile -. I survived and enjoyed it --

Nice move caroline, the weighted lunges at the beginning were just a warm-up, know I'm walking like a duck.
