----the whole session being a great challenge the most challenging sets for me personally were shoulder and core sets, oh my it burned real time! Wow! This was hard. The slow lunges! But even long before them, at 46% I thought we are 66%. felt done already. Did push through, but couldn't make the 1-minute push-up! Did 3 slow ones. Caroline, you rock! Amazing workout. Thank you!

LOVE the tempo series! Eccentric movements are SO effective at building strength and endurance and we all need to do more of them! I love the isometric holds and the different movements on the beeps, keeps it exciting!
