Day 100522-omggggggggggg Actually I'm in day 17 of iron series but today I want to feel sweaty so here I am! This is the first day that I do hiit workout from Caroline! omgggggg the burn my legs feel burning from the first workout- I think probably because yesterday is my hamstring day- And the last hold! My face sooooo red and the burn is sooooooo real! - So proud of myself that I'm making this! I think I'll try to do one week one Caroline cardio workout, I really like the sweat after the workout hahaha

I absolutely LOVED Tempo. Some of these Hitt exercises did beat me! But the reward afterward when you have accomplished the workout, is amazing! Next is Pyramid! Can't wait. Thank you, Caroline, for making each workout amazing! You are AMAZING!
