Thank you for all that you do-Please consider doing more of these types of videos (Q & A, lifestyle etc. even a podcast )? It-s nice to have content to listen to / watch on the way to the gym, or on rest day: )
I know you are a private person, but I think the fitness influencer community really needs more down to earth content like this. Especially for newcomers, it-s hard to know what content is trustworthy or appropriate-and I think your content speaks for itself. It would do alot of good!

I am newer here! Im on day 16 of epic endgame (1st program) and i loooove it! Ive worked out here and there for years but this has me sticking with it and looking forward to the next workout! Ive also been sharing with friends. You are such an inspiration! Thank you for doing what you are doing!

Caroline, just wanted to say thank you! I have learned a lot from you and your positive energy rubs off and motivates me. Love your workouts and I recommend them to anyone I come across looking for workouts to do at home. So grateful to have access to your videos and that there are so many more I have left to do. I just watched this great and motivating video. I just started the epic program and its great even though challenging which is good. I'm not a fan of push up and burpee but because you provide such great music I focus on those to get me through the difficult workouts. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into these epic videos. its appreciated.

I have been loving your workouts and I'm sharing them with my clients and friends. I am a hairstylist and a mom. My schedule doesn't always work to do it the same days as you, but I do them as I can. Thank you for doing these. This was what I needed to get my health back and to feel stronger and more confident.

i tried to track my calories but i ended up eating like, 300kcal a day. i feel like that's really not healthy for me so is there anything i can do to learn a bit about what i'm eating without triggering an ed?

I love your videos, especially upper body with dumbbells. I was losing interest in the gym. You helped me to get re-inspired in strength training with new exercises.
