How To Get Bigger Shoulders Fast (FIX THESE 3 MISTAKES) Lance: The best thing I've learned from your videos, so far, is the idea of playing around with movements that connect well, or even play around within a movement to find a better connection. There are a few areas I just can't connect with, glutes for one, but as I experiment with different movements or tweaking existing ones I'm finding ways to semi-fry them, I'm looking forward to the first time I'm unable to stand up straight.

What about shoulder flexibility.
I am so stiff that I can not do over head squats. Started Yoga with an instructor who also does CrossFit -.
Stopped weight training for two monthsto correct posture. Now flexibility is improving. What movement would you do to keep flexibility and when? Before or after? Or on a totally other day that shoulder day?

I gave up trying to -very politely- help people correct their bad form because it never seems to go well. I-m grateful and appreciate it when someone goes out of their way to help me, even when they don-t know what they-re talking about, I still thank them because I understand they-re trying to help.

quick questions.
i always start with a warm up set using a light weight for the exercise i'm doing just to get all the cracks and clicks out of my system.
does anyone else have a lot of joint cracks and clicks when they warm up?
oh, and is that a bad thing?

Hey Ryan, I'm 53 and have stayed in shape but recently had shoulder surgery. I've been cleared to train but find I can't do the same shoulder movements without a lot of pain. Ive tried bands but don't get the same pump. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I had the same thing with a girl doing deadlifts. I-m married, I-m not trying to hit on you. With deadlifts you need a good form so you don-t throw out your back. She was like - Thanks!
I promised myself that is the last time I-ll say anything to anyone.

My biggest pet peeve in the gym is when you see people trying to swing weights way too big for them, using momentum do remove some of the load. -Working out is about building strength not demonstrating it- -Hybrid Calisthenics

I am almost done with first week of your training and my arms, shoulders, triceps and back is sore because of you. I have to use my left arm to point with my right pointer finger. Thank you for you advice and training plan.

Thanks for the training tips. I've learned and made some serious gains for watching your videos. I'm a 62+ lifter and been lifting a very long time. I still love learning and ways to improve. Thanks again for sharing

Using your tips I have made more gains on traps and lats in 6 months
Then the previous 3 years combined.
Thank you for teaching me how to properly torture myself.
