Ready to hit a push workout at home? let's get after it! SETS/REPS -Pause Pushups: 3 Sets/20 Reps (or failure) -Close Grip / Wide / Pike: 3 Sets of 15 each -Inner Chest Partial Twist Pushup + Slow Pushups: 3 Sets of 20 (each side) + Slow Pushups to failure -Side Plank Lateral Raise SS Rear Delt Pushup: 3 Sets of 20 (each) + Rear Delt Pushup to failure Nice part about hitting a full push workout is that you don't have to worry about a secondary muscle jumping in because you're going to hit that one too! It sucks cause I-m from California and we are one of the states that the corona virus has had a big impact on. It sucks because the city that I live in are starting to closing down all the gyms due to the Corona Virus. I just don-t want to lose the progress I made but I also understand that the corona virus is a big issue and that they are prioritizing people-s health first which I respect.

Thank you for this but i think the video would be a little bit more accessible if you explained it in simple english, then again novice level might not even be the intended audience. I'm trying to match the exercise list in the description with the video but there's so many different exercises all over the place, again i'm a beginner.

Corona didn-t take away your gym. The reaction to it did. People are going crazy over something very small. The H1N1 pandemic in 2009 that killed 500, 000 people had little to no effect on businesses like gyms, but corona kills 6, 000 people and everything closes.

I know that if I wanted this I should pay you but, could you make a schedule for beginners/advance workout throughout the week. Like a split schedule divided into five days or three days. With a description of reps and sets. If you consider it would be great!

Question on the pushups, it looks like your keeping your lower body close to the floor and only pressing up the upper body into almost an arch, instead of keeping the entire back/body straight on one plane. Is there an advantage/benefit to this method?

thanks for the video
My gym literally closed today which was a huge bummer. Lucky my work gym was open and I got to go back an get a pump in before my supervisor kicked me out for the day.
