going over exactly why your chest isn't growing. and it's probably not why you think. ----: I started the full gym program and I have to say that you are a sick mofo - my waights dropped to bottom cause there is no other way to survive this, but damn for the first time I feel a pump on other muscles besides biceps and triceps. And that bump didn't last like 30 minutes after workout but for 2 days.
My only concern is that since it goes to train each muscle group once per week, like arms Monday then again next Monday, is there any extra benefit on the long run from a common program besides the satisfaction of f#cking yourself?
Let's see when this ends.
Oh, and this is not for beginners, you will play with the lowest of weights, and when you have to drop set, you will have no lower weight available -

If you have troubles developing muscle, best advice I can give you is you need to do things right from the beginning. If you don't have experience get help. Find fitness coach and invest in a meal plan. Good thing for me I didn't need coach. I just got meal plan from Next Level Diet. My chest got stronger after one month.

hey I wanna buy one of your programs but I am not sure which one. There's no much information on the site. I am choosing between the ppl and the -Full gym workouts-. What do you recommend? I am intermediate level in the gym but I am running out of ideas for routines and wanna see specifically my legs grow.

I-ve had a lot of success targeting the upper chest with a guillotine steep incline press on the smith machine. I usually do it for my 2nd or 3rd press exercise and go light, focusing on the stretch and contraction.

This all makes sense, but isn't an advantage of doing both arms at once that you don't accidentally use your torso for the exercise by twisting?
