Alright today we're going over why you're still having trouble losing that excess fat! There are two major reasons why people continue to fail with their weight loss diets. The first is that somewhere along the way you were given bad advice and I can't overstate how detrimental this is. So often do people interject into a conversation with something like I just listen to my body, it will tell me what I'm deficient in or I don't look at the scale because it doesn't account for how much muscle I've gained. When you can eliminate those false beliefs then you'll really start dropping body fat. The second is just human nature, we all start out excited about losing weight but after weeks, months or even years dieting our ability to follow a structured plan diminishes. The things you would of never thought of doing before (like eating a muffin for breakfast) is now your day to day. The way to fix this is by writing out a concrete diet with the exact food (down to the type of protein, carbohydrate and fat) you are going to have with each meal. That way you don't have a choice.

I never did vegan or keto but I'm curious how hard I can push myself on a diet plan, I never really understood the nutritional science outside of veggies+protein+fruit+dairy=good
Idk about the rest of you guys in the chat, but Ryan I figured I should ask you before I find myself on the Atkins homepage; do you have a keto vegan meal plan that is well balanced and simple enough to where I could eat the same couple plates for 3 months and although Id hate life both in the gym and when I come home for dinner, I could still be making great results?

I eat for 8-10 hours a day, 3-4 meals and some fruit snacks and lost 40+lbs in few months. The most important thing i did was removing 99% of sugar and fast foods from my diet, and adding regular workouts. The more muscles you have, the more calories you burn daily doing nothing. Also i dont eat to be full, which causes stomach enlargement and you are always hungry then.

Calorie deficit. It works. Intake less than what I am burning. Went from 215-220 lbs. down to 175. Took longer than it should have because my inner fat kid just could't walk away from cakes and pies, but I got there.

Caffiene was a BIG issue for me! I was up to a pot a day and it finally clicked. duh, you idot! Caffiene increases cortisol levels! So, once I went down to 2 cups a day (like a normal human, I started losing inches.

I'm six foot tall and weigh 73kg, I stay like this because I try not to eat alot. If you eat alot then you will become a fat pig. Yes it's hard to eat less but at least you look great physically.

I also think the biggest problem to is food is seen as a release for some, or a must have, but it is a tool, once I was able to rethink food and it purpose. Staying on track has been much easier

Woke up, got on the scale, numbers stagnating, pre-morning dump morning coffee in hand on the couch and this video pops up. Absolutely needed this. Now going to let that coffee do it's work.

Passover just ended. I lost five pounds in one week by not consuming foods forbidden during Pesach: Bread, beer, rice, pasta, peanuts, oats, etc. The goal now is to keep that weight off.
