So I just started back to the gym this month due to a car accident that destroyed my spine over a year ago.
I started today with this routine. Let me tell you I wrecked my body -in a good way- after this work out I definitely felt like I did something worth doing. Thank you for what you guys do you have inspired me to get back to what I use to be.

Really love watching Brandon and Hudson and how they explain and show the movements in there proper form. always loved excercise but there enegry comes across in there videos feels like there in the room helping you motivateing you and pushing you to be the best you can be and also become a Buff Dude/Girl

Hey Buff Dudes! I-m fairly new to working out and I-ve written myself a little workout routine for 4 days a week, each workout targeting 2 muscle groups (Back and Tris on one day for e. g. My question is, would you recommend this or should I be trying to go for a FULL body workout every workout?

When they say a year, it could mean working out 365 days or on and off for a year or 5 days 2 days off, but it's a life style, a grind (gaming term) not few days and you are done, no it's for the rest of your life

The Agoge Diet is truly something else, don't know why, but somehow it worked better than anything else I tried for growing muscle.
