For quite some time now, I've been feeling like an NFL linebacker on a Monday morning. The pain has been intense. The past couple days, it's been excruciating to the point where I can't exercise. Heck, I can barely get out of a chair and walk. I'm 46 years old! Craziness.
I just spent about 5-10 minutes doing some of these, and I feel infinitely better. so much so that I'm about to get dressed to go take a walk!

i think you're amazing. no one i've seen on the net or anywhere, inspires more confidence in me that i'm hearing the truth. it is clear to me that your knowledge of the body, it's movements and all of the inherent cause and effect is probably unmatched. add to that your ability to clearly and concisely convey all of that knowledge in a way that is never dry, and i know that my search for what will help and guide me is over. thank you.

Thanks! Good tips. Prevention is a good thing too. I cringed at the sight of being hunched over a laptop. If you're going to spend more than 10-15 minutes at the computer, make sure you're in a good position. Take breaks and do some of these stretches. Don't wait til the end of the day.

Great video, Cori! I've been using a roller and ball and stretching in the evening for a few years, but I learned a few new moves here. It didn't seem to matter when I was younger, but as I age these exercises become very useful to keep loose and mobile and pain free.

These are great. I hope to have enough follow through to actually do them. My knees are wrecked becsuse of tight hips. Also, what are those running shoes? They're lovely.
