I'm curious what your ideal workout week looks like? Do you do calisthenics 3 times a week and cardio the other 2 or 3 days? Is it half of the days strength and half of the days cardio? Or maybe you incorporate HIIT? I've always been a very cardio strong person. Actually, just a month ago cardio was about all I did in the form of hiking and backpacking. I realized I had a major muscle imbalance with my lower half of my body being quite strong and my upper body quite weak. I'm now doing calisthenics Mon, Wed. and Fri. and wondering if cardio once a week is enough? I do one long hike each week or a mountain bike ride. I don't need to lose weight, so the cardio is purely for the cardiovascular benefit. I'm really enjoying your videos and thank you for making beginner content. You make me feel like I really can progress from wall push-ups and other modified exercises. I'm 3 weeks in and I already feel a bit stronger. I also find the upper body stretches to be helping with tightness I used to experience in my upper back and neck by the end of the day.

This video contained so many good points and suggestions! By the way, I am the exact opposite to you: I would gladly only stretch for the rest of my life, so relaxing!

For so many years I had that mindset that I'd rather do nothing than do not do enough, as in 100 or 0. In the end, that wasn't helpful at all.

Keeping on track for the long term! I need to ask my gym where there is a good place in the building to work on handstands.
