Healthy & Easy Meals for Weight Loss I 30 Day Health Kickstart - Lucy Lismore Marina: My go to meal is Chicken seasoned with the McCormick garlic pepper grinder, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper cooked in the broiler and served in a Carb Balance Tortilla with chopped or sliced tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese and Taco Bell Mild Sauce. Quick, easy, and I could eat it everyday and not be sick of it.

I recently made pumpkin pancakes and they were delicious! I made too many then froze the leftovers, which I can now heat up quickly on week days!
My go-tos include yogourt with fruit and granola for breakfast, big salad with leftover grilled veggies for lunch and fajitas for dinner.

My go to meal is a simple fish curry. I throw a few basa, and diced veggies into the slow cooker (eggplant, capsicum, carrot, a potato, beans. Then I add some coconut milk and yellow curry paste. A few hours later on some rice it's so delicious and really filling.

My go to is a bowl of fresh carrots chopped very finely with flakes of parmesan cheese (about 180g of carrots to 30g of parmesan. It's super quick to make, fresh and really filling for comparatively few cals. Parmesan is very tasty and a good protein source!

All I can say to these meals is YUM! Morning, smoothie is my go to and also overnight oats, anything with a bit of peanut butter really; -) Dinner is usually simple and 'boring' - steamed or roast vegetables with chicken breast or even just an egg. :-)

My go-to meal is moong dal khichadi with a spoonful of ghee! -
It's a comforting, simple yet wholesome rice recipe.
(Which is typically made here, in the Indian households)

My go to meal for breakfast is yogurt, muesli, almond nuts (flaked) and berries. I add some cinnamon or cocoa powder. I do vary the almond nuts to nut butter and the berries to another fruit like melon or apricot.

My Go to meal is white rice with canned Tuna, its something that I could eat all the time and that I can make when I'm not in the mood to cook something more elaborate: )

My go to meal has been two fried eggs over half a cup of rolled oats. Then I chop up the egg and it mixes all over the Oatmeal! So yummy! Breakfast every morning!
