Follow Along Core Workout I 30 Day Health Kickstart I Lucy Lismore Vvickymun: I have gotten amazing information from you since I found you last year.
So I always tell my family and friends to just try something each day, even if its as simple as a walk. I give everyone your tip of finding what they like in order to stay consistent.
I tell myself that my body/brain is stronger than I think. There's those moments I don't want to do the 3rd or 4th round but I know I will feel great if I complete the workout even if I take it slower on the last round.

My best tip is: when it is hard for you to get through some hard exercise, don't focus your attention on the timer, rather wait for that beep. Somehow time runs slower when you watch the clock and that makes the exercise even harder! + one small tip: if you're feeling lazy, just put on your leggings and chill around for a bit. It's going to push you to do something eventually, even if it's just a stretching!

The only issue I have when following exercises like this is that things are moving super quickly for me. I am way more focused to trying to keep up than I am on getting these right. Which is what I also worry about. I have a feeling none of the exercise I do, I've done correctly. Like I'm not getting the most out of them. I'm just throwing my body left and right. Anyone else feels this way? :(

My best tip for exercise is to do it at around the same hour every time if possible, this will make it easier to just start because you will be able to make it a part your day routine: ) and also don't miss two consecutive days, that makes ir harder to maintain the routine.

My best tip, as a busy mom of 2 little kids, is to put on exercise clothes first thing in the morning and try to fit in -mini-workouts- when you get a chance throughout the day. Push-ups at the playground, squats while making lunch. It all adds up!

the best exercise tip is to move! any movement even if it a few minutes of stretching, walking, exercise, or workout is great. I love when I start with a fun music to switch to a mindset to set up to exercising

My favorite tip is to support yourself with one leg during the one-leg-hold. I have hip and lower back problems so this helped me a lot but I still felt the burn.

My best tip is enjoy the ride, if you can't do an exercise at first, work as hard as you can to master it and enjoy getting stronger and better every day.

My best exercice tip is GET STARTED. The most difficult part is to start, because even you do only 20% of the workout, it is better than doing nothing. -

By best tip is to focus on your form before trying to do lots of reps, I would do reps and not get tired and only later I understood I was doing it wrong!
