How Do You Know Your Workout Is Working And When To Progress Exercise? - Sweating and Muscles Vvickymun: Push-ups continue to be the hardest for me. My knees always hurt so I try normal push-ups but I don-t go low enough. I do wall push-ups and then I move on to the floor when I feel like I-ve progressed and I still can-t do them correctly. I-ve followed your tips on push-ups but maybe I-m too scared to take all my weight when going down. I know with time I will get there but it-s still very hard.

The hardest exercice for me is definitely pull ups. i'm working on increasing my upper body strength but with all the gyms closing and being in a hotel room it's definitely hard. I do enjoy working out but my mental health is taking a tool on my motivation right now. Trying to push through this difficult time

The hardest exercise for me is anything that is demanding on my back. It's weak because I hurt it multiple times (sprained muscles then herniated disc. I also have issues with push-ups and the likes. It feels like there's too much weight to move properly. Looking forward to get better!

The hardest workout for me is cardio. I-m basically right where you were at in your weight loss journey where I couldn-t run if my life depended on it. I use to smoke so that doesn-t help and occasionally I smoke socially so my goal is to cut it out and start running again.

The exercise I find the hardest is definitely planking while shoulder tapping, I still do it on my knees to reduce that side-to-side motion so I can hopefully one day do it on my toes!

The hardest exercise I find are mostly involving my core and upper body strength like a push up! I hope to slowly get a hang of the correct form in eventually doing a proper push up

I'm loving this series but will probably have to start from scratch in February. My January has been a long month of on and off kidney issues and my workouts have been barely existent.

Are there any books or other resources you recommended to progress the workout? I know I-m ready to progress in some workouts, but I-m not sure what the next exercise up would be

The hardest work out for me is a push-up. But I am slowly working on that one- need to be more consistent with it. And I-m having trouble getting that kick into a handstand.
