I was getting pumped for today's workout until it started speeding up and I already had trouble keeping up. it was only the warm up LOL

Feeling sad that the days are going so quickly, what are we going to do without your daily videos? ;-) My goal for this week is just to Keep up with working out and correct eating - just to stay on track really. And try to push away the negative thoughts that sneak in!

This week, my goal is to figure out why I am hungry all the time. I am not restricting myself on the food but I really have this hunger 24/7. I don't know if it is because I don't eat enough or if it is because I try to be more mindful of my eating and get obsessed about it. -

My goals are to start getting out of my bed more every day, start being more active in general and finally to wake up tomorrow with motivation to do one of your workouts. Wish me luck

Hi Lucy, my goal this week is to eat clean, do 3 days of strength training. Hopefully next month I can do less modifying moves.
