Do you already have, or could you make, a cheap clean breakfast bar/muffin that can be made in bulk on a sunday and used as a grab and go breakfast throughout the week? I use your banana pancake recipe 2-3 times a week, however my husband is out the door early in the mornings and never has time to sit and eat breakfast, let alone make something. OR, maybe a recipe that can be prepped the night before and popped into the microwave in the morning?

I made a breakfast cake (ish) this morning. I messed up because it didn't taste sweet enough. I had used 2 eggs(whipped egg whites and yolks, a banana, cinnamon, and 2/3 cup of oats. I think it will taste better if I only use 1 egg and half cup of oats. But it was super filling, and it has 20 grams or protein, and over 10 grams of fiber!

So going to try this: ) But uhm. how much regular sugar is 2 packets of stevia? Because I really can't bear the flavour of stevia. It tastes bitter to me. Rather have my food be a little less healthy, but liking it a lot more: p

Does anyone have another replacement for the yogurt filling? Because I can't find greek yogurt in my area and I don't really like yogurt that much. I want it to be dark chocolate (I looove dark choco) but will it still melt?

If you're trying to eat a legit cake go elsewhere, but I loved this, it was fantastic. :D I skipped the sweetener altogether and even with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and unsweetened plain greek yogurt I really liked it!

I miss the sound effects you used to do. like the screaming people or the little yeeeey and specially dancing while you wait all crazy and hyped up. I like the sound effects. please bring them back (puppy dog eyes)

Hi guys, did you try it? Can you tell me how it tasted? Cos' many of you say it's brilliant and many of you say it's the worst thing the ever ate. Is it their mistake or is it really horrible? thank you very much. :)

When the mug cake has been placed in the microwave for one minute, how long do you put the frozen Greek yoghurt in for? I never heard Cassey say. and how long should you freeze the Greek yoghurt for, two hours or more?

Tried it and had a lot of trouble trying to figure out how long to microwave it for, she didn't mention how long to put it in for after putting in the center. I ended up with a nicely cooked top with a soggy bottom.

So I decided to make this today, but when i did the bottom (or top when you flip it out of the mug) did not seem cooked. It was almost runny. Not sure if I did something wrong or if didn't cook it right.
