Okay i need advice from a good community.
I love to design clothes and sew and i love clothes in general.
But im not preppy
Im not in shape
Im not designing active wear or casual wear.
I like to design dresses.
Fancy wear!
But im also very into the emo ( emotivehardcore music ) style. No body thinks i could do anything good. Because of this I've never shown off my sketches ( im also not a great artist ) and ive almost given up. I love checker patterns and dark styles but i also love puffy dresses and candy inspired skirts with flowy strawberry crop tops! And no body believes in me. Is my mixed mind a good idea? Some people say im too much of a. Complicated thinker. My dreams are too big. Are they too big? Any advice?

Quality of a clothing isn't only measured by how great a fabric is and the design altogether. it is actually bigger than those two things. if you ask yourself what quality does the product bring into your life? it would be more than just oh well, the design are really great and the fabric is really soft. a lot of factors comes in such as, this shirt makes me look good, if it is expensive, it makes you feel high end.

How do u sell these bulk to your buyers? How many pieces of a specific styles do u manufacture? How many styles do u make in first collection? Do u first show the sample created to the buyers and get order or you first manufacture and then start selling? Do u only sell in bulk or piece by piece in your store? And i wud also like to know. how much investment does it require to start a clothing line?

You're not really getting to the point. You're taking so long to explain and some of the thing's are not even relevant for tips. The first 5 min is so awful you're talking about something that has nothing to yo do with the title of the video. You should also name this video Me Ranting & Showing My Brand. You're not even really giving the steps. It's not organize. How ignorant.

Omg I want to start a business or clothing line too but my mom said it was unrealistic and nobody would want to buy it. I always want to do a good sports bra since I have super weird boobs that normal sports bra Do not fit nicely so can't use them. This is so inspiring and scary at the same time but hey this is what you call business right? thanks Casey.

As much as I appreciate you trying to explain things thoroughly, I personally find it a bit misleading. I didn't come here to hear about fitness clothing. And plus you lean more towards advertising your line. I just find it disappointing because it's a waste of my time. If your title changes to how to start a fitness clothing line is less misleading

I am not a designer but I want to start a clothing company. Manufacturing them and sell them online. I want to be a business man and I want my first company to be a clothing company/manufacture.
The only problem is, I don't know where and how to get designers (mans and females clothing btw) any ideas of where I can get designers?

You're advice really helped! I'm stuck around one process which I haven't totally gathered yet. I have Fashion Vendor I get my items from, but would I ship a copy of the layout of the designs along with my items for the manufacturer to know exactly how it should look and be done?
Hope it isn't too much to ask

Hi, for a later point as I'm just getting started lol, how does one go about finding a place to manufacture the clothing because I'm so ahhhh about doing that. Because I'm native in Korean and English I'd probably go for somewhere in one of those countries etc

The title is misleading. This is a suppper long commerical for your new line. You keep saying that you are going to share secrets of how to start a line. 5 mins in you haven't share anything except your new line. Very misleading. Clickbait for sure. I won't buy your products based on the way you are acting
