There are 3 pillars to being truly healthy. Most people know the 1st two but forget the 3rd: 1. Eating nutritiously 2. Exercising daily 3. Sleeping enough Sleep is everything guys! Don't get enough rest and your body won't function at its best! It makes it hard to lose weight or even learn new things! Guys I'm so excited to be partnering with ZzzQuil to share tips with you on how to get great sleep! I sometimes take ZzzQuil when I'm super jet lagged. I fall asleep in as little as 20 min. It helps me adjust to the new time zone so that I can get my 7-8 hours of sleep and wake up the next day refreshed. and not late to my first event. That's my lil secret!

Love you Cassey! And this video is on point! So many people dont understand how much our sleep can affect us, so so important and a lot of our every day probables we have with our bodies/psychologically could be solved so easily as to sleep more. Just dont sleep too much cause that can affect you negatively too. Around 8 hours is a good mark: )

This is so helpful! But unfortunately I sleep( or slept. I'm going to try sleeping more from now on) only like 5-7 hours. I have really hard time falling asleep. It's like nothing works. I tried stretching, reading even writing something or doodling, no e affect at all. I just can't fall asleep. Any advice?

Eight hours of sleep is definitely something I need to consistently add into my daily routine. I personally skip out on the ZzzQuil though makes me sleepy still the next day. Making it hard to start the day, if this is something that happens to you try taking melatonin (5mg) instead.

I have been trying to fall asleep earlier but I end up just closing my eyes for an hour, my sleep cycle was ruined because the school works we need to do, I used to sleep before 9: 30 but now I can't sleep till 11: 00 I am so worried. I don't know what do to sleep right away

I'm watching this at 22: 02 rn and it's because i can't sleep. my mom is complaining that i don't sleep enough and i guess it is bad but hopefully i'll change: D. I think i only get about 4 hours of sleep or less. School keeps me up late at night so i became a night owl

I get around 4-6 hours Im 14 and not a good weight thank you Cassy for this amazing information.
You opened my eyes on why I act the way I act Im getting angry, upset, sad and emotional for no reason thank you for telling me that its cause of my poor sleeping habits.

I wake up 7: 40 and go 8: 00 from home and the school starts 8: 10
( it's between 15-20 from my home to the school, so I'm always late; )
I hate makeup so hihihi: )

Im torn and feelin bad because i was gonna workout but its already late so I should sleep which is just as important, maybe if I sleep I will actually be able to get up early and workout instead of leaving it to the last minute hmmm

I would read, but I don't have a light source near me. And school is starting back up and I get like 6 hours of sleep. (Still summer though, but school starts in a like a week) On a summer day I can sleep for like EVEEERRRR.
