One of my colleagues says she's addicted to running and it's the thing that gets her through the day. She craves exercise if she doesn't do any for a couple of days (which happens BC we have busy jobs that allow for now work-life balance. I am so jealous.
I am in the process of starting a new workout plan and I am beginning the crave exercise each day, but I am fully anticipating my ADHD brain just giving up on this new hobby as soon as work stress builds back up. Luckily, I have a pretty active job as a teacher but I still need to find a way to workout around it.
Basically, Cassey, thank you so much for the tips. I need this. I need help.

Coming back to this video 3 months into the year. I just want to say, using this journal has 100% helped me to stay on track and keep me accountable. Writing my goals down has definitely helped me keep on top of them. Without the journal I would have given up in February (since it wasn't a great month for me progress wise, but I'm back in March still going strong.

1. Choose exercise you love, such as walking your dog or dancing in your room.
2. Associate working out with something you love, such as by watching your favorite TV show while you exercise.
3. Invite friends to work out with you
4. Schedule your workout in your apps, with a specific time, as if it were an appointment with a friend. Make it a habit.

When my adderal wears off I get super hyper bc I have adhd so jumping jacks are the most fun thing in the world oml I love them so much. I put on my shoes and go in garage and do them extremely fast for like 20 minutes straight with no break and it wears me out so Im somewhat able to sleep earlier because Im more tired and not hyper asf

I workout everyday I want my sister to workout too and love fitness. But she's soo lazy (don't attack me ) i don't understand how to motivate her. I've tried so many times for the past 4 years
To motivate her. Please don't say I'm bad for telling her to workout. You don't love her more than i do and I want the best for her

Ring fit adventure for the Switch. I love it!
It's fun, it encourages you, gives good advice about posture and health in general, it distracts, it tracks what you do and when and it asks you to take a break in between so you won't overdo it.
It makes me sweaty and tired and I feel my muscles the next day.

sorry but none of this works, when you have obligations all day (work, family, house tasks) the last thing you want is more obligations at the end or beginning of day. If I had all day I would gladly workout 1 hour daily. But 1 hour free a day feels like a luxury that I don't want to spend on more obligations.

I've just had an epiphany for myself as a book lover, instead of watching a show while working out if I find an audiobook with an amazing plot then I can listen to around a chapter each workout and only let myself listen to it then! With how much I adore books I'll be desperate to work out all the time

So totally using the box as a memory keep sake box. Pictures, movies stubs, cute notes and so on. Something to look back on at the end of the year! Love the planner! Can't wait to order mine. Now just to choose planner alone or whole bundle! Hmmmm. More The Merrier, that's how the saying goes right?
