I loved the burn from this workout! I have some questions about modifications I have really long arms so propping myself up tends to put my neck at an unnatural angle, is it okay to lay your head down? Does the propping just help the core work harder? And last question, is it fine to bend the bottom leg for some added stability when doing leg lifts/circles/drag and pulls?
love you Cassey! thank you for the great workouts and motivation: ) love your app btw!

Cassey! if my question is a bit rude I'm sorry in advance but I really really curious! I can tell your arms are now really toned up and slim compare to your earlier videos! and I wonder what helped you to and which video should I keep following! you're videos are so so effective and this is my first time ever to do home pilates for almost 6 months, every day! I really want to thank you to make those amazing videos for free, you are ANGEL hehe

I have been having a lot of lower back pain and tightness lately. Realized that strengthening a lot of the muscles we don't use in a mainly sedentary life isn't really optional if you want to have a pain-free life and full range of motion. All of my blogilates experiences so far (only watched 3 videos) have been low impact but incredibly intense. My body is starting to wake up and feel better. Thank you so much Cassey!

I will be keeping a little log here to track my progress and stay motivated! If it ends up helping someone else then that is great!
1/16: Keeping form was difficult, and i am sure i was doing it wrong. I'll have to practice that as i continue using this workout. I felt a lot of burn on the upper and outermost part of my thigh, and sometimes i wasn't able to make it through a whole section without taking a small break.

Does anyone have a suggestion (besides loosing weight = wip) how I can reduce the pain on the hip that is touching the mat during the exercise? It makes it difficult to focus on doing every move properly as it is quite intense.
Anyhow, I used to do your workouts during the POP pilates times also, so I came back for the positive attitude and I remembered, that it felt great. Thank you for making these videos. Take care!

I am used to leg workouts but isn't 1: 15 minutes too much for a move? I feel pain (not the workout type of pain) and my bones crack a lot while doing these moves for such a long time. sometimes I try to get up and I fall after the workout, because it literally seems I lost so much strength in my whole body it won't respond. I am so discouraged, everyone seems just fine with it.

I'm Gunna do this workout everyday if possible and update you on the progress, and if I see changes,
Day 1: it burned so baddd but the burn felt good and I finally finished
Day 2: I woke up feeling so soreee but I did it today, and my legs were already sore so I felt the burn 1000 times more, my whole leg burns

On my 7th try after consistently working out and stretching for a full month, I can finally do this workout the entire way through. My hips were locking up and my shoulders kept going numb at first. I feel much stronger now and can handle my own body weight.
