On one side, I see these morality radicals who would rather have us all obide by Daddy Policestate and sit around with our hands in our laps while suspicious activity happens around us, and on the other side I see people who respect the law and understand that if someone who you believe is engaging in suspicious activity walks up to you and punches you in the face warrants shooting them in self defense. That being said; do the words Not Guilty mean nothing in America anymore? The courts concluded that Zimmerman killed Martin in self defense after Martin assaulted him. whether or not Zimmerman was stalking him, if you walk up to a stranger and assault them you're opening the door of thousands of possibilities - being killed is behind many of these doors. Martin should not have laid hands on Zimmerman, regardless of whether or not he was being stalked. If you throw the first blow, you are accountable as the aggressor. Even if Martin was not killed, he would have ended up in jail for assault and Zimmerman would be the victim.

The racism won't stop until African American stop being racists and try to work in and join their community, Blend with other groups of people. There are hundred of stories and we new ones ever day, if you really want something in life, if you work hard, you'll get there. But it's not by asking jobs that you don't deserve because you didn't put the time an effort to educate yourself to be good and competitive in that job. White people get out of College with 60000 of debts, and they will do everything to repay it. Because when you don't have a job, we search for one, we are ready to go everywhere they ask us to go to get that job. And what I hear everyday are speech about the white people, have you ever try to know white people? Our lives are hard as fck too. You are not slaves anymore, you are in a country in a time with the technology where you can start a business, so many opportunities Would you rather live in Africa? Stop leaving in the past.

Anyone actually looked in to the recent revelations that came out about the Zimmerman case, mainly that the media clipped the phone call between Zim and the cops to make it look as shitty as possible when there was a whole lot more context in that missing convo. And the more important revelation was that Trayvons families lawyers presented a false witness who was claimed to be Trayvons girlfriend who was said to be talking on the phone with him at the time of his death. But a PI investigated the case and found that the woman claiming to be Trays girlfriend was infact not, and phone records show that she was not on the phone with Trayvon and therefore all of her testimony regarding what she heard on the phone call she never had, was dogshit. So, seems Zim very well might win this case. Maybe not suing everyone everywhere, but the case against the Trayvon family prosecutor and their seeming lies.

Holy hell. How is who Zimmerman voted for relevant; even if it was true (which I highly doubt, what is the relevance that serves? He called police, they told him to back off, he still killed a child in cold blood. Also, why in the hell would you auction off the gun that you killed someone with? That's just evidence he is drawing attention and just trying to get money and benefit from this. It is so backward. Zimmerman has no right or grounds to sue anyone for anything, especially not the family of the innocent child he shot even after police said not to do anything about. This is the definition of malicious prosecution. Honestly, I don't believe in violence, but Zimmerman deserves to be put in front of a firing squad or since we're already in a dystopian society just publicly hang him. Either way, he shouldn't be given the light of day.

The mistake, I think, that Zimmerman is making is that his successful defense against the charges Re: Martin's death does not definitively prove that he was acting in self defense- just that the court couldn't definitely show that he wasn't. Unfortunately for him, other people are entitled to their opinions on what happened, and I think his lawsuits are doomed to fail. In fact, I'd say he's really hoping to be able to convince the two Democrats to settle out of court because it would be cheaper for them to do so. He'd call it a win, they'd come out ahead, and a black teenager would still be dead and the white man who chased him down and shot him would still be cashing in on it.

Oh my god. Can you just make Zimmerman your douchebag of the day? Zimmerman only shot the kid once. Not 5 to 10 times. So yea, it would have been arguable that it was reaction and not just out of hatred and racism. It would have been arguable. But then when a broken family takes the man who killed their child, and then the person who did that tries to SUE the broken family after getting no sentence. After all of this tries to AUCTION the gun he killed the kid with. Then trying to SUE people again over it. Bit to mention he has shown no remorse. This man is a piece of shit even if the killing was an accident. He should be your douchebag of the day.

People sure love to hate that Ninja kid. Part of me agrees that Zimmerman has a right to sue. A lot of me thinks those tweets were petty and shitty. That man did his time in court. Stop dragging him through the court of public opinion. Some of me thinks he doesn't deserve to live it down, but this punching down by politicians seems a bit much. Also.
