Meh, a bit simplistic and over-the-top cartoonishly evil, apologies. Why would humans submit to this and not resist Why turn children over, especially if squiddies had a reputation of non-payment If they arrived so quickly with minimal escort, why not use that against them and set up ambushes Why would the kid not run away if it was kidnapped and not restrained in any way Why did the dude's bodyguards show up, only to basically abandon him as soon as he left the shop Just. no.
The Flash Gordon-stlye hologram dude is a nice touch, though!
It could serve as a cigarette ad in a pinch, too.

This could be a great series. The only corny thing was when the alien had the grenade inside of him and just waved his arms around helplessly. Why couldn't he just pull it back out If it was put in, it can be taken out. That made no sense. Other than that, it was pretty good! It had a somewhat 90's sci-fi feel to it (apart from the modern sci-fi style music, which I LOVE! (The broken toughened cop/ex-cop with his sense of nobility still intact - even though it took some convincing)

I usually try to have my wallet and documents out where they’re handy. Usually on the dash. Just so everyone feels comfortable and there’s no hands reaching and grabbing all over the inside of the car, pockets, etc.
liked the tips on how to inform. I never stated I have a gun, but I have stated that I’m armed or carrying. Definitely think that the way you instructed is a superior choice of words that I intend to present my situation as described.

the age of technology keeps advancing at exponential speeds, but man has never and will never change as a whole.
Technologies and advances will only be used by the higher powers for their benefit, and advantage over humanity as they do now. it will only give them more power and efficiency to oppress us. A great movie to depict the current affairs of our governments and the people

Marvellous! One of the very best DUST films I've seen. And something rare here: a coherent and inspiring story. Acting top notch. Felt their toughness, vulnerability, and humanity.
Makes me think of Orson Welles re the young Stanley Kubrick, A great director who has not yet made his great film. Keep going.

Some Aliens are cool, like to play frisbee. At least their Kids did I miss those days. Would talk with their minds to me, didn't tell anyone. When I slept they would look at what I was dreaming of. And see what they were dreaming, ask what or how they learn to fly. Amazing it was so similar

Very fantastically fantastic and awesomely awesome cool short film, I absolutely totally loved loved loved and enjoyed it. Very Great job and well done. I so definitely absolutely totally got a mega ton of inspiration for the novella series Mysteriarch Mythos That I’m writing book 1 for.

The production standards and actors on Dust are fantastic! I’m instantly submerged in the characters. It doesn’t take a long time for the characters to develop. It’s instant. They’re real people to me. Keep up the great work! Kudos to all who did this latest.

The world that my story takes place in is called Terragartha, which is mostly a apocalyptic wasteland. That is a mix of the old west/frontier and remnants of the highly advanced technological civilizations of the ancient archaic distant past.
