I heard you telling your story on The Sporkful and came to watch your videos. I appreciate how thorough you are, showing every step, listing measurements, explaining what the texture or color or sound should be, and I enjoy hearing your stories. I've learned some new ways to handle my knife from watching you as well. The length of your videos is good, too; some videos are too short and the viewer doesn't learn the things that make a real difference. Thank you!

Soo delicious. They sell these in KOrea as street food, at festivals. NOw I know how to make it. Going to try a simplified mung bean pancake first, I need to also sprout the sprouts and make the kimchee for this recipe. I appreciate your instructions for those as I already got some fresh mung beans for sprouting and ingrediants. VERY engaging and fun video!

I like how Maangchi said Get everything until the last drop.
Oftentimes in cooking/baking tutorial videos, they don't really scrape the mixture/batter from the bowl. I really get bothered since a lot of it are wasted. Like, the remaining mixture/batter can probably still fill quarter to half a cup

I buy something similar (maybe the same) at Trader Joe's in the frozen food section. They are SO delicious! Always wondered how they were made. Thanks very much!

Hey Maangchi, I'm vegetarian but I want to do this recepie. Should I put more kimchi since there's no meat? Or put mushrooms? What do you suggest? Love your videos!
