Let me introduce you to a popular Korean street snack gyeran-ppang ) or egg bread today. This is a sweet, steamy, hot and fluffy little loaf of bread with a whole egg inside. It's sold by street vendors all over Korea.

I am a dance teacher and my young dancers have been doing lessons online since mid march. Last Friday to take the monotony off daily dance training I created the Gyeran ppamg breakfast challenge. The dancers ages between 8+ and 13 had to follow the recipe and instructions to a tee. They were so excited recording the process and had a fabulous breakfast as well. Thank you Maangchi. What a great and fun leaning experience it was for them.

Very easy to make! I doubled the recipe to make 5 bread in cute small pans. I already reduced 1tbsp sugar but it's still too sweet for my family. Will try only use 1tbsp sugar and see how well it will goes with egg and some minced beef on top i sprinkled some basil and pepper on top too and so delicious

My husband came home and I pulled out these delicious egg pan! The bread was so filling. It was so good to eat hot out of the oven. They came out perfect-moist and cooked just right. A new favorite!

my sister saw this video 4 years ago and made me try it after I came back from school. Ever since she made this, I couldnt help but to also make them as a snack! so delicious

Just made it! Super delicious thank you. But i made it in 6inch round pan with 2XL eggs at 25mins for solid egg. Oh myyyyy! Delicious and so easy thank you!

I went to Korea a couple of years ago and I saw people selling it on the street, it was one of the best things I tried there. SOO GOOD
