Today I am making crispy cheesy shrimp quesatacos with a Tajin lime butter sauce. This is a quick and easy taco recipe, perfect for dinner. INGREDIENTS 1 lb large shrimp 1 bell pepper 1/2 medium-sized onion 3 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp lemon pepper 8 to 10 oz Oaxaca cheese 10 corn tortillas BUTTER SAUCE 4 Tbsp unsalted butter 1/4 tsp Tajin chili lime seasoning 2 to 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice

I m from Baja California (Mexicali, and we call these TACOS GOBERNADOR. They are mostly done in Restaurantes de Mariscos and very very popular on the beach. Yours look delicious!

I love shrimp and fish tacos. I like a sweet salsa with them like mango or pineapple, but a slightly spices dressing is okay as well. Yummy.
