Corby, hash is one of my favorite things in the world. That would be second to a corn beef, hash. Burrito. Baches. Yeah. So, good. So, good And really very simple to put together. Think about the components, there's onion, there's potato and there's corn, beef, and of course, eggs. Because we're going to, we're going to put egg in, cuz kind of have to. It's not good. Pretty Simp, le. The starts. I got a pan in front of me. Some stuff will go in then more stuff, and then the stuff will come out and go in a big tortilla and we'll roll it up and we'll eat it and run off into the sunset. Like, fat kids. I hate to say fat kids. Why do I say that? I might have been a fat kid once. You don't know. I feel like I have the right to say it, cuz. I was fine. I'll say it. I had a couple extra pounds on me, maybe even today. Still, okay, go. Can we just cook, please? And by the way, don't forget, see those behind me. They s the cooking guy. Knives. Every video in the year 20.24, one lucky subscriber will get one of those. Every video. I know we're crazy, but we're doing it, so you better subscribe. You'd have no chance. No chance. Okay, let's get happening. This is a pan on the heat. We're going to give it two things, a blop of butter about a tablespoon and about the same of olive oil. We'll mix that around. And then in. Goes. One onion diced, and two potatoes peeled and boiled for 5 minutes until they're soft. And this is how we start. Cooking Onion & Potato So, this is going to be a 5, six-minute part to begin with these, we just want to get a little bit of color on. We'll start there and we're going to season them in a minute or two, but for now, just let them start to heat through. In the meantime, let's move this out of the way. And cut some corn, beef. And that will look like. That's a big piece of corn, beef. Dicing Corn Beef But we don't want it like this. We want it in a dice, supposed it would be better if this thing was that way, but I don't have it that way. So, here's what we're going to do. We're going to go like that. I kind of want equal size pieces to the potato and the onion like this. You get me, so, I'll make my cuts. I'll turn it, cut it again, cut into little bits, and everybody will be happy, max. Make this go fast, please, cuz, I'm already bored. Swag, let get our potato and onion back and see how we're looking. Oh, yeah, little bits of browning. That's what we want. That's what we want. So now let's add a little bit more butter and oil to this. And when this starts to melt in, let's add the corn, beef. Combining & Seasoning And in, we go. Okay, at this point we can give it a little seasoning. So here we go. Little garlic, powder, little onion, powder, little thyme, little oregano. A little splash of oil. We'll mix. Oh, damn, this is good. One more thing, unconventional, but I like it in my hash is a little splash of worster shire. Once it's flattened out, just let it sit. I like to get a little crust on it. Beautiful. You're going to amplify the flavors. Only a couple minutes. Then we'll mix it in again and keep the heat on. And don't forget, this is becoming a burrito. Wait for that. So, you give it a few minutes, and then hopefully when you blip apart, you got some color. Yeah, see this. That's what you're talking about right there. Gorgeous. I should have used a bigger spatula. Why didn't Somebody tell me so we're going to do this a couple times, get some good color all the way around on this kid. And we'll turn again that, you know what that is, max flavor. That's right, buddy. That's what you want. I mean, I could have used a proper spatula, you know, one more time. Give it another couple minutes, a little bit more color. And then we proceed to burrito in

Suggesting again a favorite from my family that’s right up your alley, Chicken rice wraps, 1 pan dinner recipe: brown chopped up chicken, add water and bring to a boil, add rice/taco seasoning/salsa, and let simmer until rice is ready, serve on a tortilla with sour cream and shredded cheese. Show me how to snaz it up!

So we do some crazy beakfast burritos at my shop. Press our own tortillas. But main thing I love that we do is bake them for 5min to get a crust on the tortilla and serve with house made chipotle mayo and salsa verde. The crispy tortilla really takes it up a notch. Would love to see you try this on one.

This is exactly what this show is about. Easy to execute new things to try in the kitchen. I’ve made corned beef hash and breakfast burritos dozens, if not hundreds of times, separately. But a corned beef hash breakfast burrito! Hello my new current obsession.

Fun fact: My idea of prepping in 2020 was buying an extra can of corn beef hash every time we went to the store. My wife thought it was funny, but look who's laughing now. It's her. Because I'm sick of eating my cans of corn beef hash before they expire.

At 1: 09 and 1: 10, Sam said "No Chance" twice. Then Chance was shown later in the video, but, like The Beatles with "Paul is Dead", I think it was an imposter Chance. That's just my theory right now. I haven't played the whole thing backwards yet.

Flavour town Sam and the big boys, I know you are all about the layers of texture and flavour. For the love of all things holy, toast the tortilla. Love content and we stopped eating the same things and look forward to your videos.

i would humbly suggest instead of boiling the papas fry them so they don't turn into mashed potato while you get some color on them, and once the burrito is formed carmelizing the outside of the tortilla. now gimme a goddamn knife

I've avoided corned beef like the plague for over 15 years because I've only ever had it out of a box, served by army cooks. I'm willing to try it again because of this video. I need a knife badly also.

My Mum's corned beef hash was the best when we were children growing up in Liverpool (England); we can only get corned beef in tins over here though, and you need a really good knife to cut it

Its been over a decade since your last cioppino video. But instead of tomatoes, please use parsley/butter/garlic/vermouth/tequila. NOSH in Rochester makes a killer version.

So, I was thinking, as a suggestion, an oyster dish. We have the best oysters in LA in my opinion and so many applications to choose from.

I love CBH. Honestly the hardest part of making it from scratch is the corned beef part. The Point cut is my favorite for it. This looks like an awesome twist.
