It seems to me that you're saying to do one thing, but you're doing another. It makes me think your full of crap. Although I do think that the idea FOR THIS VIDEO is sound, your execution of technique is kind of lacking. It makes me not want to listen to you. You said not to flare elbows on chest presses, you flared your elbows on every rep. And on your barbell bent over rows you were using your momentum to pull the weight up, sacrificing muscle contraction. If someone looked at you for technique models, they could end up getting hurt or not growing right.

BRO SCIENCE. Pull ups are Teres major and traps. The lats HELP shoulder adduction, but they AREN'T the prime mover in it. It's like saying the main muscle worked in sumo deadlifts are the hamstrings. They barely get any stimulation, while the adductor magnus does all the work, and the glutes help, SLIGHTLY.

It's going to be weird doing these things the first time. Normally I don't feel the so called Gymtimidatiom because I blend in but not many in my gym do deadlifts or Power cleans and also I'm pretty lenky so it's going to be a challange for my self esteem and anxiety

Dang, this video was actually really good. A lot of these the only exercises you need videos aren't so good, but this exercise selection is excellent. I was surprised that dips didn't make it onto this list, but yeah it's a great list anyway.

Power clean seems unnecessarily prone to injury. I question any movement that must be done quickly.
Are you sure we arent using a technique more appropriate for competition than growth?
I will explore the interwebs

Frankly some exercises are better for raw mass, strength, etc, but I'm a firm believer in doing small, light weight accessory lifts to give the tendons some alternate work (ocassionally. Otherwise I find myself overtraining

Great vid thanks! Reassuring that 6 out of 7 of these are already in my 4 day (chest, back, shoulders, legs) split routine. I'm just missing the power clean.
