2 things I'd like you to steal from me:
1: Rear deltoids, done on a back extension that doubles as a dip, use the back extension, setup like your doing a back extension, get 100% parallel with the floor, and do dumbbell reverse dumbbell flys, absolutely feel a monster engagement on the rear deltoid.
2: The entire anterior deltoid and upper bicep tendon area is misunderstood and also neglected. Also flaring your lats is not protraction, scapula protraction and retraction is about your scapula, when your doing your ski mimics, your protracted there lol.
3: Why does everyone just focus on one bicep insertion, the worst looking insertion It also inserts into the glenoid and shoulder, which means people need to rethink the way they train biceps if they want to grow their biceps effetively.
4: Spider curls, preacher curls, those are protracted shoulder blade curls, or standing barbell or hyper retracted incline dumbbell curls are retracted, but all of these are only focusing on one insertion point of the bicep.
5: I think the close grip supinated lat pull down w/ shoulder pronation (don't retract, your not focusing on lats here, this is for upper bicep musculature) is the best, don't focus on squeezing it against your body or hitting your body, focus on squeezing it down.
Trust.

Can I ask, why is it even with proper form I still feel my chest workout in my front delts It doesn’t hurt. But I don’t feel burn in my chest no matter the pushing chest exercise I do. I use proper angles, I keep my shoulders down as to engage the chest, I keep an arch in my back and I try to keep my shoulder blades close to each other. I still do not feel ANY chest burn. All the burn is in my arms and front delts.

I drive truck at night. 500 miles a night. I do a lot of shoulder work to keep them from becoming a mess while I drive. Im not too worried about size but working them to maintain stamina is key. So Im always looking for new ways to keep them fresh.
Until my calves are massive im holding off bulking upper body, . Trailer dollies are a pain to move sometimes unless youve spent time on the lower body.

My posterior delts also respond to higher reps very well. I keep those between 12-20 today for the blood flow and they’ve blown up since. I’ve also found that if I tuck my chin during rest delt flys, it really limits trap engagement as well.

Step 1: Realize shoulders are one of the toughest areas to grow muscle.
Step 2: Realize the dude telling you how to get big shoulders is on TRT, which GREATLY helps getting developed shoulders
Step 3: Train your ass off, but remember Step 1 & 2

It also helps to raise the cable point up to roughly the same height as your hand - that way the point where the muscle is most stretched is when your applying the most load - arm at 90% from the cable

Dips is the execise which build my whole rear delts. When i start training was 14y ago. At that time i even didnt know there is a Triceps dips and Chests dips, but in both ways the rear gelts grew.

Wow! Just figured out that I cannot raise my left arm in a lateral raise with my lats flexed. Right arm works but it’s a no-go for the left arm. And that’s with no weight! What does that mean

It’s wild that book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution isn’t mainstream yet. If more people knew what’s inside, low testosterone wouldn’t be such a common problem.

It’s no coincidence that book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution is barely talked about, most people have no idea what’s truly holding them back in life.

Dave Palumbo said to pull your shoulders down and extending your neck before doing your lateral raise to keep from engaging your traps. I've found that it works too.

I have a mid deltoid tear playing cricket when I was 23 years old.
At 45, extermely pain full phase. Kept my exercise routine going
Avoiding chest exercise

My shoulders have grown after 20 years. I genetically have huge traps, and I never connected with my shoulders. But all this as helped me so much, people notice now!

Crazy how Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution is still under the radar. If you care about optimizing your health and performance, this book is a must-read.

Oooofff. Go light when starting the first one. Tried it today, felt it afterwards. Found out just how weak I was doing this. Thanks Ryan!

The fact that nobody talks about the book Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution, speaks volumes about how people are stuck in life.
