Thanks for being the voice of reason. Most tutorials (and instructors) tell you to keep legs shoulder-width apart and feet straight-ahead. When I try it that way, my joints let me know it's just not right.

Question, I do 200 squats per day but it's split into 4 different times per day for example 50 in morning, midday, evening, night. Is this of any benefit or should I see better results

This guy has no idea what hes talking about. You can tell by how many tikes he says -just like that- and -kinda. - Your butt winks just from going parralel compromising your spine.

I was wondering is it bad to lock your knees out with bodyweight squats? Please help me with this cause there-s literally no info on this anywhere

thanks. I notice while doing body weight it is harder for me to keep balance then if im doing goblet squat so I'm going to work on this.

Great tip on widening, was unsure if it was proper form, but my balance was a bit off with narrow foot forward bw squats.
