Workout: Incline Push Ups Bodyweight Squat Tricep Dips Glute Bridges Plank Reaches Knee Raises Have an amazing day everyone-! Lucy - x Girl_on_Fire_X_x: Thanks Lucy! I really appreciate these beginner videos to remind me it's fine if I can't do everything straight away - Rome wasn't built in a day.
Could you maybe do something on wrist mobility, in a bit more depth? I don't know if you have any experience with joint problems with your psoriasis or anything like that, but I have a bone spur in my hand and a ganglion on my right wrist. It seriously causes me pain and strength issues with incline push ups and tricep dips etc. There's just no mobility in that wrist at all. I'm doing planks and mountain climbers on closed fists because of it. Is there anything else I can do?

Thank you so much for this video- I was actually excited to get out of bed and do it for the 2nd time. I think your personality has a lot to do with it as your gentle and your empathy really comes across; you can tell you've been here not just learnt how to train. I really liked how you set up the rest breaks with the countdown and the music so the creativity that has gone into this has really made a difference. The way you've given options for each is also so helpful. I'll be using lots of your workouts as I improve and lose weight

i'm 110kg and unfit and not flexible. i always had a problem with -beginner workouts- that were coming from fit people who had no idea what carrying twice your normal weight on your back feels like and how it would impact your body. this is truly a good start point video. I will combine this with some swimming and other exercises that have low impact on the joints and i'm hoping to see some great results. Enough for me to have confidence I can do a higher level one.
Thank you so much for this! it's perfect for me!

This truly is challenging when you're just starting out!
I have a question.
My injuries are at the right wrist. I have two tendonitis and CRPS affecting the whole right arm. Though I can do the wall pushups, so long as I step in, the plank positions & tricep floor exercises are irritating my arm.
Are there alternatives for those exercises so that I don't put the entirety of my weight onto them?
Also, how many times per week should I be doing this?
Thank you so much!

Question (47 year old total beginner here, wish me luck): when you said to -keep a nice strong core-, do you do it for the whole plank (for example the 30 seconds? If so, how do you handle your breathing while holding the strong core? I might be doing it wrong, but when I try to keep a strong core, I find that I have to hold my breath while doing that. Does that mean I-m doing it wrong? I couldn-t hold my breath for 30 seconds while working out, I don-t think. Thank you!

Hi! I love this, thank you! I'm a beginner at working out but had a job with moderate activity level where we were always running around, fast paced, and would sometimes lift heavier boxes. The third round of this is when I started to sweat and it became extra difficult. For somebody with my normal activity level, would you say this alone is a good workout? Or would you recommend doing another strength or cardio workout along with it?

Lucy, thank you for this video. I used to be intimidated by calisthenics but the reality is it takes time to see results. You-ve made the concept accessible for me. I just completed this workout for the first time and by the third round was comfortable doing full round push ups on the floor with full range of motion. Will definitely keep going, thank you. Please keep up this amazing videos!

Thank you for posting workouts like this! Very much enjoying this workout and have mixed it once a week to my workout routine. I already see improvement in strength and mobility. It is right in that sweet zone to push and encourage you to do more. Looking forward to more workouts from you! Your story is very encouraging! Thank you for content! -
