What are some good exercises that don-t require full wrist movement? Basic pushups are near impossible for me because my wrist just doesn-t bend enough (bad break a couple years ago so I don-t have full mobility. It causes a lot of issues with pulling and pushing exercises. I find that my wrist shuts down my workouts before the rest of my body starts to fatigue.

There was not really a point for me getting the rings because I don't have a bar. So to substitute that for towel is super genius. Love yo Chris. I can now do most of the things I didn't have access to. Australian pull ups. Bicep curls. And so much more. Thank you so much for that.

Assisted Victorian Raises. Interesting. Where do you get bars like those in the video? I don't have anything like that. I can do the bodyweight stuff but I would enjoy using something like that I think.

1. Reverse wide plank
2. Assisted victorian raises(tuck legs in if needed)
3. Wide australian face pulls
4. Reverse leans(dip bars)
5. Reverse flies (rings)

Any exercise that has the elbows behind the shoulder girdle will active the posterior delts.
The end. That's all you need to know!
