I usually don't comment on videos, but I gotta say, your weekly workout playlists are awesome. I'm on week 4 and I'm seeing amazing results. You are constantly changing the routines which keeps the momentum going. I haven't worked out consistently in a couple of years, but your routines keep me motivated, and I actually get up every morning looking forward to the workout. Amazing job, keep on going.
