I love cucumber sandwiches I have been eating them for as long as I can remember one thing also you might want to think about it instead of using the cream cheese used must Capone or just use mayonnaise with a little bit of lemon and some dill ( sparingly fresh dill is very potent.

Never heard of cucumber sandwiches gonna have to give it a try! Have you tried tomato sandwiches their sooo yummy you just toast two pieces of bread, spread mayo on bread add slices of tomato and sprinkle some black pepper on top of tomato and close up the sandwiches!

For me, I prefer slicing cucumbers, laying flat, spring both side with ANY type salt. Allow to drain at least 15 minutes.
Then, prepare the sandwich. FANTASTIC. I also add paper thin beefeater tomatoes, & a touch of black pepper. Great for hot weather.

Ooh that looks good! My grandma used to make those! And whenever company would come over she would cut off the crusts and arrange them fancy on a plate and serve it with cafe con leche.

They look delicious. I have to try these. I love tomato sandwiches on toast with salt and pepper, butter and miracle whip. I even make it with lettuce and avacodo.
