I love salads so much! My favorite salad I think would be a Cobb salad or a Chef Salad. Also a 7-layer salad is delicious too! I'm not much on a savory/sweet salad tho. But my mom likes those types of salads. My kids are more like me with the liking more a savory salad over a sweet and savory salad. Thank you for sharing this with us!

Except for the bacon and the dressing it sounds healthful AND delicious. The dressing could be a lemon juice or an orange juice dressing with just a tiny bit of oil. The portions would be double if not quadruple as much per person if you were feeding a raw foodist fruitarian person.

I think salad meals are great whether it's for lunch or dinner and it's great that it's on a specific day because then everyone knows how to schedule their day as far as food. or maybe I'm talking rubbish. oh my.
