This was a great workout! For those interested (because I be interested when skimming the comments lol, according to my apple watch, I burned 130 active calories during this workout. I started off with moderate intensity and then tried to put some extra pep in my step during the last half.

I have been walking, in alot outside and coz it was raining I did this 15min workout instead. glad I didi it. hadn't sweat so much in my life and I burnt 174cal (judging from my weight and height on the calorie burner calculator) doing it again tonight after dinner. thanks Jo

I-ve done this routine many times. I love her workouts. I-ve never had sore muscles doing them. That puts me off continuing workouts. That and having to lie on the floor and doing weird postures. You rule, girl.

116kcals burnt and 1. 31km! Loved this so much considering today I-ve felt really rubbish I-ve eaten a lot of chocolate but this has boosted my mood! Love ya Jo! X
