Sculpt Your LOWER ABS - The Best Lower Ab Exercise You Aren't Doing No there is no lower ab muscle, but you can target the lower portion of your rectus abdominis to a great extent with specific bottom-up movements. That's why I wanted to share one of my favorite moves with you as well as some bonus tips to help you lose the fat from this stubborn area! Virginia: I-ve been watching your videos, they are motivating me to do something with my muscles and stop making excuses of why I don-t have muscle.
Once I start I expect to have sore muscles. How long do you have extreme sore muscles. Will I get some progress, and actually not have extreme sore muscles? Might be a bad question, but I have worked out with weights before, and I can barely move at times. Very discouraging. Thanks for your videos they are very encouraging and you look great!

I am someone who suffers from sciatica nerve inflammation everytime i do my workout routines, i cant do floor exercises because of it, even when i do house work or any kind of N. E. A. T activity my back acts up n prevents me from moving forward. Its been so challenging working out with it, but ever since i came across cori's videos, its like having a trainer/professional in my ear, sharing so much knowledge even the trainers at the gym i go to dont know. Im so thankful cori for your dedication and generosity in helping people like me who have back issues work out carefully. The research and hardwork you put in itself proves how useful it is when your routines works for people who have injuries/aches/pains.

I was an aerobics instructor/ coordinator for over 13 years. Yet, every time you upload a new video, I learn something. Your videos are my first go to with any question I have. Especially for muscle imbalances! I-ve shared your videos with at least 20+ people whenever I hear someone at the gym complaining about something they can-t correct. Thank you!

I love the videos and the clear instruction Also plenty of variety and variations. However so disappointed to hear Cori imply that fat makes you fat and that macros are key. This advice is 30years out of date and fat free diets are starving our brains and guts of vital sustenance. It would be wiser to stick to the exercises as this is your expertise.

I just tried this lying on the ground and gripping a bookcase overhead. Even though I can pelvic tilt, I couldn-t do it with the block between my knees. So I tried it without the arms and with my feet flat on the ground. Once I get that down I-ll try the straight legs again.

I don't know if I would trust that article. They have a very small sample size, they only had men in the trial, and if you look at the errors they're quite wide - large enough, in fact, that there could be no statistically significant difference.

Cant do stomach exercises if I do sit ups I cant sit up for ages afterwards thinks it might have something to do with the cyst on my spleen, so I walk a lot used to be fine doing them -

I think I'm going to replace knee raises with these. My hip flexors take over every time, so I'm not getting the full benefit of the movement.
Thanks Cori!
